2020 Musket Ridge Results

Chris Lamb took the top spot in the Championship Flight with a 5-over-par (77). Michael Flis and Adam Miller both shot a 7-over-par (79), tying for second, while Akash Marakathand Aaron Grocholski finished in a two-way tie for fourth (81).
Bennett Mears had a stellar round Saturday, shooting an even-par (72) for the A Flight win. Mears made four birdies and 10 pars on the round and was promoted to the Champ Flight – way to go! Keith Gibert edged Alex Hur, 75-76, for second, while three players tied for fourth (78): Dennis Sidorski, Brandon Adamski and Tim Robinson.
Julian Baniwas won over David Pitt in the B Flight. Baniwas tied it up on the 18th hole and both scored 80. Allen Bailey placed third (81) while DJ Tekle and Imee Stackhouse tied for fourth (82). Special mention goes to Alan Bird for getting the first-ever hole in one on the DC Metro Tour—hole number 17! If anyone has a picture of that accomplishment, please send it our way!
Scott Allen edged Olu Ogunmadewa, 82-83, for the C Flight victory. Allen held a five-stroke lead heading into the back nine. Ogunmadewa battled back, tying up the score, 65-65, on hole No. 14. The two players remained tied until the 18th hole when Allen used a par to take the win. Chris Siam carded an 85, good for third, while Darin Sams and George Kegerreis (Philly Metro) tied for fourth (86). After the round, both Scott Allen and Chris Siam were promoted to the B Flight – congratulations to both!
Bill Hermach captured the D Flight win (and a move to the C Flight) after winning the playoff against Zachary Shugart. The two were tied up at 92 entering the playoff. Shawn Doyle placed third (93) while Rick Estes and Brandon Platt both shot a 94, tying for fourth.
