Champ Flight -With a tie after Day 1, and the conditions we had with the weather, anything could happen to determine a champion. But with a solid Day 2, we would see Cris Fuentes come out victorious with a total of 162 (+18)(87, 75).
A Flight - Mark Nash would finish Day 1 with a 2 stroke lead over Fernie Jasso. With the calmer conditions on Sunday, it was looking to be a battle all day. But in the end Mark would be able to hold off the flight and take the victory by 1 stroke with a total of 166 (+22)(84, 82). Dan Duran would take 2nd and Fernie Jasso would round it out in 3rd.
B Flight - After Day 1 we would have six players within one stroke of each other. What we hoped to see was a battle for the championship, but Mark Goodwin had other plans for that. He would take a commanding lead and win by seven strokes with a 177 total (+33)(95, 82). Steve Sundberg would take 2nd place.
C Flight - James Enriquez would come to the event and try to defend his home course in style. After Day 1, he would lead by six strokes and never look back. He would become our champion with a total of 170 (+26)(86, 84). Javier Anzures would take 2nd place, and Thomas Kay would round it out in 3rd place.
D Flight - We would have another close race in this flight with only a couple of strokes between the Day 1 leader and the rest of the field. Day 2 would come down to the last hole but our champion would eventually hold off a playoff chance. Jamie Dryden from the Arizona Tour would take the championship with a total of 201 (+57)(100, 101). Ozzy Vasquez would take 2nd for the event.
