SCGA Guidelines and Posting Requirements

The Amateur Golf Tour (AGT) and The Harris Teeter Senior Golf Tour are pleased to announce an affiliate association with the Carolina Golf Association and the South Carolina Golf Association. As a member of both of the CGA and the SCGA, the Golf Tour is able to offer its members the services of these associations which includes an official USGA Handicap. Members will also be eligible to compete in all of the SCGA and CGA Events, if otherwise eligible and receive the CGA magazine, Carolina Fairways. Below is a list of guidelines and Score Posting Requirements.

GUIDELINES

1. In order to receive all of the benefits mentioned above, you must be a member of the Amateur Golf Tour or The Harris Teeter Senior Golf Tour..
2. Members must pay Yearly Member Dues in the amount: of $20.00/year if you are a member on the Upstate, Columbia or Gastonia Tours or $25.00/year for all other tours.
3. USGA Rules stipulate that ALL scores must be posted...not just the ones from the tournaments.

  SCORE POSTING REQUIREMENTS

1. Scores may be submitted by two (2) ways. You can either bring your scorecard(s) to me or you can post your scores via email through our website at www.amateurgolftour.net. (For posting purposes the USGA allows scores to be emailed.) Posting scores via email on the website is the preferred method. In order to post your scores on the website, please follow these rules:

1. Be sure to fill in all information on the Score Post Form.

1. You must use the following USGA Table to determine your adjusted Gross Score.
