Come join the tour that has been designed to allow everyday golfers a chance to go "on tour" and experience golf like a pro.

In 2011, we should top 200 members with an average of 80 players in each event, giving golfers a chance to go beyond the boundaries of their own club and enjoy competition against other amateurs from throughout Houston.

In each event, players compete in individual, gross stroke play in one of five flights:

Champ - 0 - 3.9 handicap
"A" Flight - 4 - 8.9
"B" Flight - 9 - 13.9
"C" Flight - 14 - 18.9
"D" Flight - 19+

allowing all players to compete against others of their own skill levels.

The 2011 season will include 18 events at the Houston area's best daily-fee courses.

As a member of the Tour, you will no longer have to wonder where you will be playing at next weekend, if you can get a tee time or who you will be paired with.

Everything is professionally set for you.

All you have to do is pre-register and then show up at the course in time to register, practice on the range and prepare yourself for a true test of your game against other golfers of your skill level.

All golfers will be paired with players of their caliber.

Also, members can play in any other division across the Nation as well. If you happen to be in Florida on business and want to play in an Orlando event, you can.

Members compete for VISA gift cards and points at each event.

First Place trophies will be awarded in each flight.

VISA gift cards will be awarded to each 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winner in each flight.

Prize Pool

The prize pool for every event will be determined by the number of participants in each flight. $20 of each entry fee will be used toward the prize pool.

Pay outs will be distributed as follows:

1st - 50% of prize pool
2nd - 30% of prize pool
3rd - 20% of prize pool

Example:
(20) "A" Flight participants would create
a $400 prize pool.

(25) "B" Flight participants would create
a $500 prize pool.

Come Join the Fun.

Every participant will receive points based on how they place in their flight. A season long points race will determine the points leaders in each flight. The top ten points leaders in their flight will earn an invitation to the National Tour Championship held at Hilton Head Island, SC in late October.

The top three points leaders in each flight will receive beautiful cut glass trophies to commemorate their success over a complete season.
