Falcon Lakes Challenge

Even the course was a bit damp, it was in fantastic condition and everyone had a great time this weekend!  Thank you to Falcon Lakes for accomodating us and we look forward to next year as well.

Champ flight - JR Munson took home another win with a great round of even par 72, besting Andy Mitchell by 1 stroke.  Congrats JR on another great win!

A flight - Justin Ballantyne gets his first win of the year by shooting an 81 for a 2 stroke cover over the next best.

B flight - Scott Duncan came out for this first time playing on tour, and had a successful round of 82.  But Jay Jones had also fired off an incredible even par back 9 to shoot 82 as well, and send this to a playoff.  Scott was able to keep it together with Jay pulled his drive left into the tall grass and took two strokes to get out.  Congrats Scott on your win!

C flight - Jesse Barton, who just started playing on our tour this year and has been to nearly every event, finally gets his first win of the year with a solid 89, defeating Alan Cook by 3 strokes.

D flight - Tim Smith from Arkansas had a crucial birdie on 17 that gave him a 2 stroke lead over fellow Arkansas player, Ted Rand.  Ted was able to par 18 and put the pressure on Tim, but a bogey was good enough to give Tim the win!
