Within 30 days of joining the tour and filling out the registration, each member will receive an email from USHandicap with instructions on how to sign into your account. You will not be able to access your Silver membership until you receive the confirmation email. Nothing will be mailed, everything will be done via email address.

Flight leaders from each local tour will be invited to compete against the top tour members across the country at the 54-hole National Championship in Hilton Head, SC.
The 2014 Golfweek Amateur Tour Championship will be held Oct. 17-19 with a flighted skins game and Registration party on October 16.

It was a hot August day as the Orlando Golfweek Amateur Tour players took to the Panther Lake course at Orange County National.  The competition in most flights was as hot as the weather..

Championship Flight:  First year member Gaston Khoury carded a 2 over 74 on the 6849 yard course to hold off Brian King and John Ward by one stroke.  Ward won the scorecard match for the second place prize.  

A Flight:  Scores were low and bunched in this flight as Robbie Robinson and Alex Piazza posted rounds of 76 to force a playoff.  Paul Cope, Jim Kenney, and Gary Martinet all shot 77 and missed the playoff by a single shot  Gary Martinet took third prize in the scorecard match.  Robinson and Piazza headed back out for the playoff starting on #10.  It was halved with pars and on the par 3 #11 Robinson claimed the victory when Alex missed a par putt.

B Flight:  B flight saw Matt Mewes fire a nice 77 to cruise to a four stroke victory over Mike Ferretti and Jude Bien-Aime (Tampa) as they shot 81's.  Andy Baker, Noah Herbert and Dan Gardner all shot 82.

C Flight:  C flight went to Kevin Kennett.  He shot 83 for a five shot win over two players—Jay Freeman and Joe Porter both with 88's.

D Flight:  Terry Lawson scored a victory in D flight with a round of 87.  Brian Make was second with 90.

Senior Championship Flight:  John Ward's 75 topped Bill Shufelt (77)..

Senior A Flight: Robbie Robinson (76)  took top honors in Senior A.  He was one better than Gary Martinet (77).   

Senior B Flight:,  Andy Baker, Dan Gardner and Dave Dymond all shot 82 to tie for first. Dave did not stick areound for the playoff.  Dan topped Andy for first and Dave was third.
