2020 Quarry at Crystal Springs Results

The Quarry at Crystal Springs presented by Ball Striker Fitness contained great competition and extra prizes. Thank you Kyle Witherbee for supporting the St. Louis Golfweek Amateur Tour!

Mike Flynn shot a 4-over-par (74) to earn the top spot in the Championship Flight. He made three birdies and nine pars on the round. Andrew Haley placed second (79) while JD Sabio carded an 81, good for third.

Dan Kohnle had a stellar round, shooting 2-over par (72) for the A Flight victory. He made four birdies and eight pars in the win. Harry Oms edged Tim Mayer by one stroke, 81-82, for second. Darrell VankyGrifka took fourth (88) while Chad Henry rounded out the top-5 with an 89.

Albert Delamarter used a strong back nine to capture the win in the B Flight (81). David Watson placed second (83) while JC Coleman took third, edging Kenton McWilliams by one stroke, 85-86.

Three players were involved in a playoff that determined the winner in the C Flight. John Higdon took the victory on the playoff’s first hole. He, along with Jeramy Wallace and Nathan Simler, were tied at 87 as the round concluded. Jeff Schmidt and JJ Williams finished in a two-way tie for fourth (88) while Tyler Cardwell and Kenny Jackson both carded an 89, tying for sixth.

Kameron Thomas captured the D Flight win with a 94. Tim Weil placed second (97) while Mary Ann McLaughlin rounded out the top-3 with a 99.
