2020 Spring Major at Rock Harbor Results

What a weekend at Rock Harbor! Competition was close in four of the five flights, three of which took a playoff to determine a winner.
Chris Lamb earned the win in the Championship Flight with a two-day total of 162. Jeff Snowden placed second with a 182.
Brandon Adamski and Dave Baca found themselves in an A Flight playoff after tying at 160 following Sunday’s round. Adamski came away with the victory with a par on playoff hole No. 4. Max Angell placed third with a 161 while two players tied for fourth with cards of 164: Beau Sundberg and Alex Sams.
David Pitt took the B Flight victory with a par on the second hole of a playoff against Julian Baniwas. Pitt led Baniwas 89-91 after 18 holes and 134-135 at the 27-hole mark. He fell four strokes back after the next five holes but used two birdies and a park on the final three holes of the tournament to knot up the score, 174-174. Steve Ogletree finished third (175) while JA Arnold placed fourth with a 176.
A birdie on the third playoff hole sealed the C Flight win for Jim Jobson. He trailed Milton Tyrrell 90-86 after 18 holes and the two were tied at 130 entering the back nine. After 36 holes, they were knotted up at 171 a piece. Matthew Spina carded a 173, good for third, while Esdras Garcia placed fourth (179).
The D Flight was close at the end of the first day with Shawn Doyle leading the field with a 91, two strokes better than Ben Harrison and Pandolla Hicks. On Sunday, Harrision started out strong with two pars out of the first three holes. By the end of the day, Harrison was five strokes ahead of the pack (93-88) and Shawn Doyle earned second place with 91-95. Not far behind the leaders were Pandolla Hicks and Zach Shugart who both finished with a two-day total of 190.
