This past weekend the Milwaukee Golfweek Amateur Tour wrapped up their 2018 season with a trip to Lake Geneva to play in the Milwaukee Tour Championship.  It was a great day of golf and great way to end the season!

In the Champ Flight, Joe Thom continued his reign with clinching another Tour Cup as well as taking home the Wilson Staff Cup. Brent Sloat took home Rookie of the Year honors.

In the A flight, Joe Kroening completed a come from behind victory to not only win the tournament but also to edge out and win the Milwaukee Cup!  The Wilson Staff Cup went to Aaron Meyers, while Andrew Insko took home the A Flight Rookie of the Year award.

In the B Flight, Mike Aschberger continued the trend of winning the Milwaukee Championship and taking home the Milwaukee Cup as he won by 1 shot at Geneva National.  Bob Peterson took home the Wilson Staff Cup while Charles Gdowski captured the Rookie of the Year in the B Flight.

In the C Flight, Brad Strange continued his red shot play and won the tournament by 1 shot over Chad Kulpa.  Strange's victory was not quite enought to take home the Milwaukee Cup as Eric Arnold clinched that. Kulpa's runner up clinched the Rookie of the Year!  The Wilson Staff Cup went to Bill Stengrevics.

In the D Flight, the season belonged to Roger LaFave as he won the trifect!  The Milwaukee Tour Championship, The Milwaukee Cup and the Wilson Staff Cup!  Rookie of the year honors went Mike Colburn.

It was another great season on the Milwaukee Tour!  Up next: Border Battle V Oct 6 & 7th
