Over 550 players competed in the 2008 Tour Championship in Hilton Head, SC.
"Champ" Flight: Justin Lowe of Louisiana wins the National Title with a -3 under par total!
A Flight: Tim Knight of Columbia, SC wins in a sudden-death playoff. This was quite an accomplishment since 2 weeks earlier he had a stint put in to releive pressure on his heart!
B Flight: Brian Layne of Tidewater, VA wins in a 3 hole sudden-death playoff!
C Flight: Barry Fleming of Raleigh, NC wins the 2008 Tour Championship!
D Flight: Mark Dion of Houston came from 5 shots back on Sunday to win the National Championship by one shot!
The Tidewater, VA tour took the cup away from defending champions Louisiana. Tidewater's team total was 1270 which beat Charlotte by just one shot at 1271.
