To all Golfweek Amateur Tour Members,

On behalf of the entire Golfweek organization, I want to thank you for your membership of the Golfweek Amateur Tour. We are incredibly proud of our relationship with what we feel is the best option for organized amateur competition for folks like you and me.

I am writing to inform you of some changes to our magazine frequency and format for 2021. Our plan is to publish four issues in 2021 including our annual Golfweek’s Best in April and Ultimate Guide in December. In addition to these two issues, we will publish a new issue called Get Equipped in February that will highlight everything new in the game for 2021 including equipment, gear, places to visit and more. The second new issue is titled Golf Life in July and will feature in-depth stories and interviews with the movers, shakers and personalities that drive the business and sport of golf. We are excited about the new schedule and plan to bring the same style of expert, in-depth journalism that you expect from Golfweek..

All courses except Robert Trent Jones will be 8:00 TO 10:00 double tee starts. Robert Trent Jones will be a modified shotgun (Click here for more information).

PLEASE NOTE: Women’s tees will be adjusted to have as close as possible the same slope and rating as the men. Colors listed will be moved in some instances to accommodate similar slope and ratings.

* A Flight Sunday Only: The top half of A flight will play play Bear Creek and the bottom half will play Dolphin Head.
* B Flight Sunday Only: The top half of B Flight will play Oyster Reef and the bottom half will play Robert Cupp.

* C Flight Sunday Only: The top half of C Flight will play Robert Trent Jones and the bottom half will play CC of HH.

UPDATE: The board of directors at Hampton Hall just voted September 1st to not allow any outside play until 2021. We will now play Bear Creek GC, a great Rees Jones course in Hilton Head Plantation on the Island.

PRACTICE RATES:

CC of Hilton Head, Oyster Reef, Dolphin Head CC and Robert Cupp - $75 morning and $65 afternoon all courses.

Palmetto Dunes “Hills & Jones” - $79 morning and $69 afternoon

Hilton Head National - $95 morning and $85 afternoon (Practice rounds can only be booked starting 10/06)

Bear Creek GC - $75 morning and $65 afternoon

Ask for the Golfweek AGT practice round rate.

UPDATE: The board of directors at Hampton Hall just voted September 1st to not allow any outside play until 2021. We will now play Bear Creek a great Rees Jones course in Hilton Head Plantation on the Island.

Note: Sea Pines Atlantic Dunes course is not on schedule this year due to change in over seeding all three courses due to Covid-19. They will be over seeding the week of the Tour Championship.
