Thank you to all players who participated this past Monday at Heritage Club! Course conditions were definitely not ideal, with rain in the forecast for most of the day. Nevertheless, there were still some good scores posted for our sixth official tournament of the season.

Championship flight is our first flight of the day. Peyton Houston was our winner, being the only golfer to break 80 on the day. Peyton knocked in a pair of birdies, leading to a 78 and the winning the championship.

Dustin Fields finished second, shooting an 85 with one birdie.

Brian Spieles carded a 90 to finish third.

A flight is second. Tom Burlison captured his second win on the Cincinnati/Dayton Tour, shooting 80 with a birdie. Burlison put himself in position to hold off Rodney Donley to clinch the championship by two shots.

Donley, who finished second, shot 82. Being able to put himself in contention to win, Rodney came up a hair short in the end but still a solid performance on the day.

Tyler Hutson and Jonathan Peirson shot 83's, finishing a respectable tied third.

B flight is our third group of the day. Michael Anderson was able to shoot 84 and hold off Travis Rinehart (85), separating himself from what was a tight leader board and capturing the championship coming down the stretch.

Rinehart finished second, keeping himself at the top of the leader board for most of the day.

Jimmy Hansel finished third in a scorecard playoff, shooting 85 as well, wrapping up the top 3 performers in the B flight at Heritage Club. Hansel was able to drop one birdie on the day, solidifying his spot in the top three.

C flight is next. Mark Tyler was able to hold off a surging field, posting (87) and capturing the title. A couple of clutch par saves was able to keep Tyler in the top spot at the end of the day, holding off Scotty "wildman" Peters (91) to win by four shots.

Peters, who was atop the leader board throughout the day, finished second, ultimately fell a little short, nullifying his chance in the end.

Ryan Cecil was able to card a respectable (92), to finish third, locking his spot in the top three for the tour's sixth tournament of the season.

D flight is the final group of the day. Davis Hall (92) was able to raise the trophy in the end, separating himself from the rest of the field, winning by three strokes and capturing the title.
John Shoemaker (95) finished second. Shoemaker was able to put himself at the top of the leader board throughout the day, until Hall was able to separate himself with multiple good holes. Ultimately finishing three shots back despite a solid performance.

Les Crossfield (95) finished third in a scorecard playoff, rounding out the top three for the "D" flight at Heritage Club.

Thank you to all players who came out and contributed to an awesome day at a great course, continuing the chase to Hilton Head!
