WITHDRAW POLICY

Please note that a majority of the course we play are private clubs or popular public course during peak times of the year. Course have the right and most exercise that right to charge the tour for the number of player that I give them on Wednesday afternoon before each tournament. No showing/late back outs etc still have to be paid for a majority of the time.

WITHDRAW POLICY

(1) Withdraw before the tee times/starting holes are issued 100% refund or credit towards a future tournament.

(2) Withdraw after the tee times/starting holes are issued and before midnight 11:59 PM Thursday night prior to the tournament.

(A) If a replacement player can be found IN THE SAME FLIGHT   you will receive 100% credit towards a future event.

(B) If a relacement player can not be found you will be charged for the green fee/prize pool part of the entry and the rest will be credited to you for future events.

(3) Withdraw Friday or Later no refund or credit will be made. It is to late in the week to find a repacemnet player and by that time the tournament is set and the course has all of the printed material.

If you have not paid and fall under items 1 or 2 you will not be allowed to register for future events until you pay the balance owed for the past late withdraw.
