Meadowbrook CC welcomes Golfweek Amateur Tour

In the Championship Flight, it was redemption week. Two weeks after settling for 2nd place at Fire Ridge, Keenan Quick stepped into the champions circle, winning by 4 shots over Jared Delveaux. Quick's round was highlighted by 2 birdies. Third place went to Michael Weiss.

In the A Flight, tour rookie Robert Yurasovich earned a come from behind victory for his first on tour. Yurasovich shoot a smooth 80 highlighted by 6 pars on the final 9 holes to win by shot over the Chicago Tour's Curt Bressner. Ryan Arnold took home 3rd place shooting 83

In the B Flight, it was a 3 player race headed into the back nine and the 14th hole was the difference maker for Bill Stocks. A birdie at the par 4 gave him the lead and then a rock solid par at 17 maintained the lead. Stocks finished with an 85, while Tim Filtz shot 87 for second place and Charles Gdowski shot 88 for third place.

In the C Flight, Jeremy Osting shot out to a quick big lead and then held on for a 2 shot victory over Bryan LaFave. Osting went out shooting 41, then found some trouble before his got it back on the road for his first victory of the season. Brad Strange took home third place.

In the D Flight, Balvinder Singh made it back to back victories, this time a little closer of a victory. Singh was engaged in a back and forth battle with Mario Medina. Singh built a lead and held on for a 2 shot victory, as he carded a 91. Medina took second shooting 93, while Roger LaFave shot 97.

Up next for the Milwaukee Tour will be welcoming the Golfweek world to Kohler Wisconsin for the Midwest Open then it's off to Lake Geneva and the Abbey Springs Resort for a summer major on Sunday June 30th.
