The Live Scoring System is designed to enhance the player experience and help speed up the event scoring and winners announcement process.  Please be sure to check-in at the registration table before play otherwise your scores will not be able to be entered into this system as it will consider you a no-show.  Live Scoring is MANDATORY for all groups to help speed up scoring and to enhance the feel of the tournaments for all players.

Live Scoring Instructions

-        We ask that 1 player in each group enter the scores into the Live Scoring System for the entire group

-        The other cart should keep a paper scorecard for the entire group as well

-        After the round is complete, compare the paper scorecard with what is in the Live Scoring System to verify accuracy in both places

-        All 4 players should sign the paper scorecard and hand that in to the scoring table attesting that all scores are accurate on both the paper scorecard and in the Live Scoring System

How To Use the Live Scoring System

-        Go to www.amateurgolftour-livescore.net

-        Click on the Select Golfweek Tour Banner Button and select the Nashville Tour

          o   If you are not entering in scores and just want to watch the leaderboards then click on the appropriate Leaderboard Button to view the full leaderboards without requiring a login

-       Click on the Live Scoring Login button.

-        When prompted to login, you will use the e-mail address that you registered for the event with and the password of the first 2 letters of your last name in all lower-case and your 4 Digit Year of Birth.

• Visiting tour members will use the word 'password' for their password.

-        The first set of buttons are numbered 1 through 18 and these are for entering the scores for the entire group on each hole

          o   Click on the button for the Hole that you wish to enter the scores in for

          o   The scores will all default to Par for the hole for all players

          o   Use the “+” or “-“ buttons to add or subtract a single stroke at a time for each player

          o   You can alternatively click inside the score box itself and enter the number in manually

          o   Once all scores have been entered for all the players in the group, click on the “Submit Scores” button at the bottom and you will be brought back to the Primary Live Scoring Dashboard Screen

-        The next set of buttons will be for the all of the various leaderboards

          o   “Leaderboard” Button – This is the leaderboard including hole-by-hole scores for all flights

          o   “Top 10” Button – Simplified Leaderboard for all flights

          o   “Cash Games” Button – This screen will show all of the Skins Games Results in real-time based on the scores entered

-        The next section of the Primary Live Scoring Dashboard will be the scorecard for the group

-        The final section will show the assigned Tee Boxes by flight

-        On any page other than the Main Scoring Dashboard, there will be a button called “Back to Live Scoring” to all you to return to the Main Scoring Dashboard

Once the system and card scores are matched and all players in your group have signed the paper scorecard, hand your score card in and we will compare first 9 total, second 9 total and total scores one more time.   We will not go hole by hole as it is assumed the group already confirmed accuracy by signing scorecard to attest that scorecard and livescore match.  Once scores are confirmed, we will lock your scores.   After scores are locked they cannot be updated by anyone other than us. 

After your round, with the help of the live scoring system, winners and results should be able to be calculated very quickly and automatically, so please be sure to participate by using the scoring system as it is MANDATORY for all groups.  Thank You and Enjoy!
