As a Golfweek Amateur Tour Member, you will receive membership into a -USGA compliant club through and issued an official USGA index.

Within 45 days of joining the tour and filling out the 2020 registration, each member will receive an email from USHandicap with instructions on how to sign into your account. You will not be able to access your Silver membership until you receive the confirmation email. Nothing will be mailed, everything will be done via email address.

2019 Bowes Creek Tournament Recap

Bowes Creek CC Tournament Recap

The Chicago Cup Playoffs traveled to Bowes Creek CC for the final push before battling at Bull Valley. Chicago Cup points were grabbed and players are positioning themselves for the final stretch. Players are encouraged to read up on the Chicago Cup Series rules and guidelines to follow the Flight Freeze and Final Foursome details.

Champ Flight

Ben Kilborn continued his historic 2019 season as he won for the 4th time in 5 starts this season. Kilborn's 3 shot victory at Bowes has him in the Final Foursome for Bull Valley. Second place went to Brandon Tudor and third to Tonie Price as he won a scorecard playoff.

A Flight

Jordan Armstrong had the round of the day, as he blitzed the filed winning by 8 shots! Armstrong's day included "bookend birdies" on #1 and #18. John Park took second while David Doerr took third winning a scorecard playoff.

B Flight

Rich Podzimek described his round as "finally able to put together 2 solid nines" and he did just that posting an 80, good for a 2 shot victory. Josh Borysiak took second, while Ryan Heist won a scorecard playoff for third.

  • Wilson Cup Leader: Brian Barnes

C Flight

Bob Curran made a rookie splash at Bowes Creek firing a 78, good for a 3 shot victory, his first of the season. It took Curran a few rounds to get his feel for Tour Play, and with his birdie on 17 he iced the tournament. James Fifer took home second place honors, while Matt French took third.

D Flight

Ed Mallett is picking up the right time to get hot. Fresh off his second place finished at the Preserver, Mallett, won at Bowes Creek by 3 shots to ready himself for the Final Foursome at Bull Valley. Second place went to Mike McGuire and third to Patrick Kelly.
