Tournament Results

Champ   Flight

Our first flight of the event was a nail-biter, with a fierce battle and a strong finish needed to clinch the victory. At the turn, six players were neck and neck, as they had a challenging back nine ahead. In the end, our champion finished -1 on his last three holes, holding off for the win and sealing it with a birdie on 18. Marshall Daniel emerged victorious with a -1 (71), marking his 4th TOUR win. Ty Taylor & Alasdair Forsythe tied for second place with a +2 (74), and Ty taking it with the tiebreaker.

A   Flight

Our next flight featured familiar faces, plus two new players. At the halfway point, everyone was still in the running, and with the weather changing, anything was possible. Ultimately, the final stretch of holes was the key to one player overcoming a deficit to clinch the victory. NEW MEMBER Jeremy Brumley triumphed with a +6 (78), marking his FIRST TOUR WIN in his very first event!

B   Flight

This flight is always exciting because everyone gets a shot at winning the championship! At the halfway point, it was a battle with three players neck and neck for the lead. But guess what? The weather had a say in who would clinch the victory. Jordan Morrow made a triumphant return to the winners’ circle with a +11 (83), securing his 10th TOUR win. Roy Littleton finished second with a +12 (84), and Amit Lopes rounded out the top three with a +14 (86).

C   Flight

With the biggest field of the event, and some heavy hitters moving up this season, anyone was capable of taking the first event of the season. At the turn, we would have two players in the lead with over ten others right behind them. A solid final six holes would be the difference in who would take the victory. Michael Wood Jr. would win with an outstanding +12 (84), marking his 6th TOUR win. Ruben Herrera would take second place with a +16 (88), Tom Gonzales, AJ Charles & Orlando Almeida would tie for third with a +17 (89), with Tom taking third place and AJ taking fourth.

WITH HIS AMAZING PERFORMANCE,

MICHAEL WOOD JR.

WOULD EARN A PROMOTION TO B FLIGHT!!!!!

D   Flight

Our final group is always a blast, and anything can happen until the very end! At the turn, half the field was neck and neck for the championship, and with the weather changing, it was anyone’s game. But in the end, one player really stepped up with a strong finish in his last three holes to clinch the victory. German Macias won with a +15 (87), marking his 5th TOUR win, and in dedication to his Father-In-Law that passed, Sgt. Robert Hernandez. Andy Zapien came in second with a +17 (89), and Nique Woods-Shells finished third with a +18 (90).
