We also want to recognize the incredible professionalism and hospitality of the Mules National Golf Club pro shop and staff for their exceptional efforts throughout the tournament.

Champ Flight, Caleb Morrison came out firing early, carding a birdie on hole number two and never looking back. He stayed steady throughout the round, posting a +1 on the front nine and matching it with another +1 on the back to secure an impressive performance. Aaron Mickelson battled hard all day and earned a strong 2nd Place finish.

A Flight, Dillon Rogers came out red hot, playing his first five holes at 1-under par while Brandon Gilpin found himself trailing by three strokes early. By the turn, Rogers had stretched his advantage to six shots and appeared firmly in control of the tournament.

But Gilpin had other plans. Over the next five holes, he mounted an incredible comeback, cutting five strokes off the deficit and putting himself right back in contention. With just three holes remaining, Gilpin completed the rally and pulled even with Rogers, forcing a dramatic playoff finish.

On the first playoff hole, Rogers answered the challenge and secured the victory, earning his second win of the season in thrilling fashion.

Also making a late charge was Brian Barnes, who finished in spectacular form by going 2-under over his final three holes to capture a strong 3rd place finish.

The B Flight delivered one of the most exciting finishes of the day, with four players battling down the stretch for the championship. Early on, Brandon Hale held the lead after six holes, with Alan Parker sitting just one stroke behind and keeping the pressure on.

By the halfway point, the leaderboard tightened dramatically as Troy Bailey and Steve Kowalski joined Hale at +6, turning the flight into a four-player showdown. The momentum continued to swing throughout the back nine, and with only two holes remaining, Kowalski grabbed the lead at +13 while Parker, Hale, and Bailey all sat just one shot back at +14.

The pressure peaked on the closing hole when Hale’s double bogey ended his title hopes, leaving Bailey and Kowalski tied at the top and headed to a playoff. Bailey rose to the occasion, winning the playoff to capture his second victory of the season in dramatic fashion.

The always exciting C Flight delivered another wild battle from start to finish. After nine holes, Ron Allen held the lead at +7 despite a rocky start that included three double bogeys in his opening four holes. Right on his heels were David King and Jeff Rader at +8, with Dillon Meals lurking just one stroke further back at +9.

The leaderboard tightened even more after 12 holes, as Allen and King found themselves tied at +9 while Meals stayed within striking distance at +11. Chris Matson also made a late charge, joining Rader at +12 and putting himself firmly in the mix heading into the closing stretch.

But down the stretch, Allen refused to crack. He steadied the ship and held strong the rest of the way, finishing at +11 to secure the victory. Meanwhile, C Flight season points leader, King, folded like a cheap lawn chair and saw things unravel, carding four double bogeys over his final six holes and slipping back to +18. Meals capitalized to take 2nd place at +16, while Rader claimed 3rd place at +17.

The D Flight opened with a tightly contested battle, as Carl Cessor and Tim Murphy both played steady golf through the first six holes to sit at +3. Just a few strokes behind, Michael Sypher, Marcus Swinson, and Julie Krueger stayed within striking distance as the leaderboard remained crowded early.

At the halfway point, Murphy held the lead at +5, with Cessor close behind at +7 and Krueger continuing to apply pressure at +8. As the round moved into the closing stretch, Murphy maintained a narrow one-shot advantage over Cessor, setting up a dramatic finish.

But when it mattered most, Cessor delivered. He carded two clutch pars over his final three holes to surge ahead and capture his first victory of the 2026 season in impressive fashion. Murphy battled hard all day to earn a strong finish and 2nd place, while Sypher stayed in the mix throughout the round and claimed 3rd place.
