36 Holes • Double Points • Double Payouts
The Minneapolis–St. Paul Golfweek Amateur Tour's second major championship of the season delivered everything a major should. Players faced a grueling 36-hole challenge in a single day, beginning on the Highlands Course before finishing on the Lowlands Course at Mississippi National Golf Links. With double points, double payouts, and major championship prestige on the line, competitors battled through a long day of golf where every shot mattered.
Championship Flight

The Championship Flight featured a dramatic three-way battle that remained deadlocked after the opening round.
Dom Haskins, Matthew Foehse, and Dom Rosati all opened with rounds of 76, setting up an afternoon showdown with the major championship hanging in the balance.
Haskins separated himself during the second round, firing a spectacular even-par 72 that included five birdies, the best round of the division. His two-round total of 148 earned him the 2026 Mississippi Major Championship title, 900 points, and the winner's payout.
Matthew Foehse stayed in contention throughout the day and finished runner-up after posting a 75 in the final round. Foehse recorded one of the highlights of the tournament with an eagle and a birdie during his closing round.
Dom Rosati completed the all-Minnesota podium with a steady 76 in round two, highlighted by three birdies, to finish third.
A Flight

A Flight belonged to Felix Scott, who put together two strong rounds to capture the major championship.
Scott opened with an impressive 76 in the morning round and followed it with an 86 in the afternoon to finish atop the leaderboard. His five total birdies on the day helped secure the title, 900 points, and $200 in winnings.
Jay Wenner finished second after rounds of 82 and 84, while Richard Lesslie claimed third place with rounds of 88 and 89. Veteran competitor Larry "OG" Caldwell rounded out the division after battling through all 36 holes.
B Flight

The largest field of the tournament produced one of the closest races of the day.
Visiting player Matt Boeseneilers from Arizona came out firing with a 77 in the opening round and backed it up with an 81 in the afternoon to claim the B Flight championship. His consistent play over both rounds earned him the major title, 720 points, and $360 in winnings.
Geoffrey Zahn finished just behind after rounds of 80 and 81, highlighted by an eagle during the tournament. Zahn earned runner-up honors and remained near the top of the season-long points race.
Brent Svac and Chris Elbert both finished with strong performances to round out the top four.
The division featured plenty of fireworks throughout the day, with Matt Meyers and Dave Rojo each recording two birdies, while Tanner Lydon, Derek Cormier, Carter Charley, and Matt Catlin all added birdies of their own.
C Flight

The C Flight championship came down to the afternoon round.
After the morning session, Steve Ellenson and Austin Ludeman were tied at 86, setting up a head-to-head battle over the final 18 holes.

Ellenson finished second after carding a 92 in the final round, while Xavier Riggle completed the podium in third place.
D Flight

The D Flight title race remained tight throughout the day.
