Registration Information:

Registration for this event will clost on Wendesday, April 29th.  After April 29th there will be no more guaranteed space in the tournament.  April 29th will also be the final day to cancel and recieve a full refund.  If you cancel after the 12th there will be no cash refunds.  If your spot is able to be filled or we don't get charged by the course we will give you a credit for another tournament minus $25.

General Information:

• Please check in as soon as you arrive at the course at our check-in table.  No need to check-in at the Pro Shop.

• There is a driving range available for use and range balls are included in your entry fee. The driving range could get crowded so if you would like to use the range prior to your round, make sure you allow yourself adequate time.

• Putting practice areas are also available for our use.

• You must be at the first tee no later than 10 minutes prior to your tee time.

•. Purse is $25 per person, so the total prize money in any given flight will be determined on the amount of players in the flight.  

Cash Side Games (OPTIONAL):

FLIGHT SKINS GAMES ($10.00): If you’re the only player to Post a Birdie or Better on any hole during the Tournament, You Win a Skin. Flight Skins may be modified based on number of Players per Flight at that Tournament.

SUPER SKINS ($10.00): If you're the only player to Post a Birdie or Better on any hole during the Tournament, You Win a Super Skin. This apply to all Flights. 

Birdies on Par 3's ($10.00): Anyone who makes a birdie on a par 3 will get a portion of the pot.  Pot will be divided by the number of birdies.

50-50 Contest: ($10,00):  At each tournament we will do a drawing to support the V Foundation.  Half the pot will go to the winner of the drawing and the other half will be donated to the cancer research Foundation.

HOLE IN ONE POT: $10 year long buy in or until someone makes a hole-in-one.  If no one wins the pot we will do a drawing at the end of the year for the people who have paid into the pot.  We will draw two names to split the money.

Bring CASH with You for the CASH GAMES.  We will not do Venmo or put you in the game without prepayment.

Payouts & Prizes:

• All trophies and winnings will be presented immediately after all players in a flight have completed play and scorecards have been signed and verified.

•  Flight Skins will be paid out immediately after all players in a flight have completed play and scorecards have been signed and verified.

•. Super Skins and Birdies on Par 3's will be paid out once all players in the tournament have completed play and scorecards have been signed and verified.

•. If you are owed winnings and/or a trophy and you have already left the course we will pay you at the next tournament we see you.

•. Tournament winnings will be paid out in Visa gift cards; side games winnings can be paid out in cash.
