Karoo Course
A dynamic 18-hole layout designed by Kyle Franz, Karoo features rugged aesthetics with wide fairways, multiple routes to pins, and bold green contours. Varied tee boxes give players a fresh look at the course’s features each time they play. Thoughtfully planned, Karoo rewards creative short-grass recovery shots around the greens. Golfers will encounter Sandhill Cranes throughout their round on this 7,201-yard design—these elegant birds are known to dance and sing, and their call is a loud trumpeting sound that is often described as a rolling karoo.
 
Roost Course
Roost is an 18-hole course that capitalizes on different environments—routing through the sandy, scrubby areas adjacent to Karoo, rolling meadows that are sprinkled with flowering dogwoods and native wildflowers, and even a 40-foot-deep sinkhole. The story behind Roost is an evolution of utilizing a multitude of different people’s talents to showcase the best from the property. Continuing Cabot CEO Ben Cowan-Dewar’s fascination of great collaborations, the principals of Roost includes Mike Nuzzo, Kyle Franz, Ran Morrissett, and Rod Whitman.

Only practice rounds are FRIDAY, MAY 29TH ONLY

 

Optional Cash Games
 

$18 Rollover Super Skins

(Rollover game is $1 per hole, per player, each day in the game. If 80 players get in, then each hole is worth $80 on each course. The game will start on #1 and end on #18 each day. If a hole is cancelled or not won, the money rolls to the next hole.)
Example: if you birdie #1 and you are the only winner of the hole, you win $80. If holes #1, #2 and #3 are cancelled or not won, and you win a skin on #4, then you win four total skins for $320. This goes until #18. If #18 goes unclaimed, then we will raffle off each open hole up to then. We have played this game for our tour over the last four seasons and have awarded big payouts. 
 
Last year we awarded a $532 super skin on the Karoo and a $760 super skin on the Roost!

2-bedroom Cottage rate is $1,595 + tax per night in a 2-bedroom cottage

& $3,360 + tax per night in a 4-bedroom.
