Champ Flight Winner – Luke Bohm

Fresh out of the car from the Windy City, Luke Bohm arrived in St. Louis with a mission in mind: make it three victories in a row. This inked-up golfer has been a force to be reckoned with, having competed in over 30 tournaments across the United States this year alone, and his game is finely tuned.

Bohm's day didn't start as smoothly as he would have liked, with a couple of early bogeys. However, he quickly found his rhythm, stringing together five pars in the next seven holes to bring his front nine to a respectable 40, securing a three-stroke lead as he finished the front nine.

As the championship contenders made their way to the back nine, Luke Bohm faced some pressure. The competition started to tighten up, with challengers closing in on his lead. It was on the 14th hole where Bohm tightened up his game, and that's when the birdies and pars began to flow.

With precision and determination, LB drained back-to-back birdies on the 15th and 16th holes. From there, he maintained his composure to finish with a par and a bogey, ultimately carding a 41 on the back nine. This added up to a total round score of 81, enough to secure victory and hold off the points champion, Chris Pestka.

This triumph marked Luke's second win of the year in St. Louis and his third overall. It was a stellar performance, and the local golfing community was thrilled to have him in town once again. A Flight Winner – Mike Camilleri

Mike Camilleri, the season opener champ at The Frozen Falls, has been on quite a journey this season, showcasing his golfing prowess with several impressive performances. While not every battle went his way, he's remained a formidable contender. This past Sunday, under the brilliant sun at the challenging Stonewolf Golf Club, Mike was once again in top form.

Camilleri didn't waste any time and started the day with a bang. Three consecutive pars set the tone, pushing him ahead of the competition. Although a couple of bogeys crept in, he managed to regain control, paring three of the last four holes on the front nine. This strong performance allowed him to make the turn with a 40 and a comfortable three-stroke lead.

The back nine saw Mike continue to play his signature style of golf. He maintained his composure, delivering crucial pars, and displayed some remarkable up-and-down saves to stay in command. Camilleri's steady play led to four more pars on the back, securing a 42 on that side and a total round score of 82. In the end, he clinched victory with a comfortable four-stroke lead.

This remarkable performance marks Mike Camilleri's second career win on the Golfweek Amateur tour. It's a testament to his skill and smart decisions on the course. Now, all eyes are on him as we eagerly await the year-end major at Far Oaks, wondering if he can achieve the elusive back-to-back victory. B Flight Winner – Tyler Cardwell

Tyler Cardwell was on a mission to clinch his first victory since 2021, and the journey was anything but smooth on the picturesque fairways of Stonewolf Golf Club. Cardwell's round got off to a turbulent start, featuring a mix of bogeys, doubles, triples, and a few pars thrown into the mix. As he made the turn, he found himself sitting at 47, a substantial seven strokes behind the leader, Chris Poetz.

However, the back nine saw a determined Tyler Cardwell regaining his composure and finding his rhythm. He managed to sink a birdie on 10, and from that point on, he kept his game in check, avoiding anything worse than a bogey while also adding three more pars to his scorecard.

When the final putt dropped, it was Cardwell who carded a 42 on the back nine, bringing his total round score to 89. This impressive performance allowed him to secure the win by a narrow margin of two strokes over the newcomer, Bob Dizes. This victory marks Cardwell's sixth career win on the Golfweek Amateur Tour, a testament to his resilience and determination on the course. Congratulations to him and all the competitors for their grit and sportsmanship on display during this challenging round.

 C Flight Winner – Les Mays

Les Mays, after a bit of a hardware drought, showed that he's still got what it takes to win on the golf course. Last year, Les had a strong showing with three victories that propelled him into the competitive C flight, where he's been grinding relentlessly in pursuit of another taste of victory.

On a stunning Sunday, Les displayed some rock-solid golf. He kept the damage to a minimum on the front nine, never allowing anything worse than a bogey to sneak onto his scorecard. Impressively, he even managed to card a birdie on the 4th hole and delivered some excellent pars on the 5th and 8th. With this performance, Les made the turn with a score of 44, just one stroke behind the C flight points leader, Sean Bensinger.

As the round moved to the back nine, Les continued to stick to his game plan. When he encountered trouble, he minimized the damage, displaying impressive skill in saving par after bogey threats. The pinnacle of his round came on the 17th hole, where Les drained a clutch birdie. This birdie proved to be a significant turning point, as Les went on to shoot an impressive 42 on the back, bringing his total round score to 86. With this score, he edged out Sean Bensinger by two strokes, securing his fourth career victory on the Golfweek circuit.

Les Mays' performance on this beautiful Sunday was nothing short of outstanding, and it's clear that he's back in the winner's circle where he belongs. Congratulations to Les on a fantastic win and welcome back to the winners' club!

D Flight Winner – Charlie Bieser

Guess who’s back……Back again………Charlie’s Back…………. tell a friend!!!! As the tour rolled into Stonewolf, the D flighters were ready to challenge the points leader.

Charlie didn't waste any time. He started his round solidly, grabbing his first par on the challenging par-5 third hole. From there, he kicked his game into high gear. Charlie went on a remarkable run, reeling off four consecutive pars, closing out the front nine with a commendable 42 on the scorecard. This impressive performance gave him a comfortable four-stroke lead over the newcomer, John Skaggs.

The back nine was a familiar story for Charlie, as he continued to display his prowess. He navigated tricky situations with finesse, making impressive up-and-downs and showcasing his putting skills. Charlie managed to add two more pars to his scorecard, with a memorable one on the 18th hole, putting a bold exclamation point on his round.

Charlie made it to the clubhouse with a 46 on the back, resulting in a grand total of 88 for the round. This victory marked an astonishing seventh tournament win of the year for Charlie. It's been a season to remember, with Charlie consistently atop the leaderboards in every tournament he's entered.

Congratulations to Charlie on yet another remarkable performance. His season will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the greatest single seasons ever witnessed on the tour.
