Scott Kennedy took the top spot in the Championship Flight with an 80. He made three birdies and six pars on the round. 

Players in the A Flight were on their game Saturday. Six of them were within two strokes of the leader after nine holes. And as the back progressed, two tour members, James Earnhardt and Dustin Kennedy, controlled their destiny (this case being the top-2 spots). They were knotted up from No. 10 to No. 16 until Earnhardt pared the second to last hole, taking a two-stroke lead. A bogey on the final hole was good enough to secure the one-stroke win over Kennedy, 74-75. Jon Wood and Jason Breedlove, of the Charlotte tour, finished in a tie for third (76) while Chris Hennon rounded out the top-5 with an 80. 

Josh Calhoun built a big enough lead to open the round – thanks to three birdies on the front – to hold off Adam Shealy by a stroke, 75-76, for the win in the B Flight. Calhoun added a birdie on the back. Shealy made two birdies of his own on the round. Fred Blaylock took third with an 80. 

Jimmy Sullivan earned the win in the C Flight with an 83. He made 10 pars on the round. Jimmy Mullikin placed second (86) while Kainoa Thomas, Carlos Walker and Bob Russell finished in a three-way tie for third (92). 

Willie Benfield held a lead after nine holes and extended it on the back for the D Flight victory (84). Benji Raines edged out AJ Lee by one stroke, 94-95, to take second.
