	Central Carolina Amateur Golf Tour's Chip Collins does it again, traveling south to play in CLT and traveling north with the CHAMP Flight trophy! Chip and current season points leader, Preston Andrews tangled all day each carding 2 birdies on the day with Chip able to edge out Preston down the stretch.
Returning player, Tony Mangini shot his all-time personal low round of (-4) 68 to win his first event of the year and the A Flight Trophy. Tony rolled in 6 birdies on the day including a birdie on the final 630 yard Par 5 18th!
	@Russell McDonald is on A HEATER winning back to back CLT events firing a low round for the season, 77 (+5) to take the B Flight Trophy. Russell carded 2 birdies on his day and puts himself into position to make a run for the B Flight Title!
@Fred Heintz broke through in his 4th appearance of the year to take the C Flight trophy and punch his ticket to the B Flight! Carding two birdies on his way to a blazing +7, 79, Fred wins his first tournament of the year.
	@Brandon Wynn continued his winning ways rolling in 2 birdies and carding his best score of the year, 85. Brandon cleared the D Flight filed by 3 to take home the trophy and 450 points.

2025 Charlotte Golfweek Information:

• Complete Schedule is listed in the Navigation "Schedule"
• Enhanced Tournament payouts FOR ALL FLIGHTS: 
  • 60-80 players $300 Guarantee 1st place prize money
  • 81-100 players $400, and 101+ players $500 guaranteed 1st place.
• Enhanced Flight skins ($20 buy-in for each tournament);
• Each Flight will have a 2025 Champion and payouts to 4th place.
  • 1st place: Trophy, paid 2026 membership and $300 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 2nd place: $300 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 3rd place: $200 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 4th place: $100 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments.
• CTP will now be "polies". Polies are if you hit within a flagstick on any par 3 (appx 7'), you will split the prize money. (Example: A total of 5 people hit within the flagstick on any the par 3's, $500 in the pot, each player wins $100)
• Several tournaments will host a breakfast or lunch prior to, or after the tournament ends.

• We will still have many ways to pay on the website...Cashapp and Venmo along with PayPal (a small fee will apply);
• Skins and polies will be paid at the course or by Venmo within 48 hours.  If you do not have the app set up, I can send you a link to install the app. Prize money Gift Cards not picked up day of tournament will automatically be credited to your account to use on any future Charlotte Tour Event.
• In order to speed up play, groups will be warned and penalized if they fall further than 1 hole behind. To help speed up play, please play ready golf and limit your ball searches to 3 minutes (Per USGA Rule)
