
DC Metro Refund Policy
Golfweek Amateur Tour – DC Metro
Players must notify the Tour Director in advance to qualify for entry refunds or credits.
Any player who wishes to withdraw from a tournament can receive a full refund or transfer the credit to a future tournament. The player must notify the Tour Director by Sunday night the week before the tournament.

Refund Timeline
Before Sunday Night
Players who withdraw by Sunday night the week before the tournament receive a 100% refund.
Monday – Two Days Before Event
Once tournament numbers are submitted to the course on Monday morning, withdrawals may receive a 50% refund.
Two Days Before Tournament
There are NO REFUNDS two (2) days before the tournament date.
Policy Explanation
This policy is in place because golf courses hold the DC Metro Golfweek Amateur Tour responsible for the number of players submitted on the Monday before each tournament. The policy protects both the Tour and its players by establishing clear boundaries and accountability regarding tournament participation.
