CURRENT NEWS

Please note that we can no longer offer the US Handicap subscription as part of our membership kit.
The USGA has discontinued the direct licensing program and effectively immediately, all handicap accounts must be obtained exclusively through local state golf associations.

If you have a current US Handicap subscription from the 2021 season, your account may remain active until your current subscription expires. Once expired, you will then be able to contact your state golf association and provide them with your USHandicap Number to get your account renewed. Our understanding is that you will not lose any of your scoring history.

For those of you that have already signed up for a USHandicap subscription for the 2022, we will be reaching out to you individually to restore your credit.

It was a hot one out there, but that wasn't stopping 90 players from competing. There were plenty of great scores in all the flights, and we even had some players get the promotion to the next flight.

Thank you Justin Ansara and the staff at
we greatly appreciate you hosting our event once again,
and looking forward to having more events in the future

Tournament Results

Champ Flight - It was lights out shooting for one player at this event. At the turn, he would shoot even par with 3 other players only 4 strokes back. With a solid back nine to close out his round, Christian Escalante would take his second victory of the season with a +1 (72). Kyle Feigum would take second with a +5 (76).

A Flight - Another solid performance in this flight with 5 players making the turn in the 30’s. The back nine would be the determining factor as it came down to the last hole to decide it all. New Member Ely Gallego would take his first victory on Tour with a +2 (73). Fernie Jasso and Erik Winter would tie with a +3 (74) with Fernie winning the scorecard playoff and taking second place. Erik would take third to end out the winners.

B Flight - Continuing the trend of amazing scores, this flight would come down to not only 18 holes but a playoff as well. At the turn, there were 5 players in the mix and many others right behind them. With some solid last 4 holes, we would end up with a tie for the championship. It would only take one playoff hole to determine the winner and Steven Sundberg would take his first victory with a +1 (72). Michael Wood Jr. would take second place after the playoff hole. Abdul Mercado and New Member Chris DiDonna would tie with a +7 (78), but Abdul would win the scorecard playoff taking 3rd. Chris would take 4th to round out our winners.

C Flight - It was a tight race throughout this flight with a handful of players having the chance to take the championship. There were plenty of great scores and we almost had our second playoff of the day. Scott McFarland would take his second victory of the season with a +9 (80) by edging out Enrique Alvelais with his +10 (81) and second place. Jimmy Enriquez and Greg Bennett would tie with a +11 (82) with Jimmy taking the scorecard playoff for third place and Greg with 4th place. Rounding out the prize winners, Thomas Gonzales would take 5th with a +12 (83) as he won the scorecard playoff with 2 other players.

D Flight - Rounding out the solid round for the day we had another player that would have a consistent round. He would make Par on 3 out of the last 4 holes to put a stamp on his first victory of the season. Kenneth Copeland would shoot a +9 (80) for the championship. Leon Reser came close once again with a +12 (83) and taking second place. Rudy Rangel would take 3rd with a +15 (86), Chris Bowman would take 4th with a +17 (88), and John Vasquez rounding out the prize winners for 5th place with a +18 (89).

Congratulations to all our flight winners this weekend at the
