Players will have a chance in 2024 to earn points and win the Flight Points Championship at Ford's Colony in September, with the Points Championship comes a Crystal Trophy, and a VISA Gift Card for the Top-3 in each flight, (1st: $500, 2nd: $200, 3rd: $100).

However, Players will also have an opportunity to qualify for the End of the Year Score Down Tournament with a chance to win the CHAMPION FLIGHT BELT and VISA Gift Card(s) for the top places.

So, how do I qualify for the Score Down Tournament (September 21-22) (Course: Beechwood Country Club)

All Tidewater Tournaments "Only" and the Virginia Regional will earn points to Rank Players in a qualifying spreadsheet posted weekly online.  No Make Up Events will be recorded in the Qualify Spreadsheet for the Score Down Tournament.  While every point will matter in making this event, they will only come from the Tidewater Hosted Events on the Official Online Schedule (Including All Three Tour Combo Events).

Example: the Overall Flight Season Points Champion (at Ford's Colony) for Tidewater could start in 3rd place for the Scoredown based on the Tidewater Events & Virginia Regional Points.

After the State Final the Tidewater Tour will host a Special Score Down Tournament for the BELT Championship, this event will be open to the Top 45% of each Tidewater Tour Flight (Example 45 Players = Top 18 Qualify) ; If less then 10 Players in the flight all will qualify for the Score Down Tournament.  Only open for Tidewater Tour Members.  

This event will give all who play in it a chance to win the Belt for 2024 using a similar model to the Fedex Cup PGA Tour Final!
