WINTER SNAP DOESN'T COOL SCORING IN THIRD STOP

Rocky River Golf Club set up great conditions under a chilly 36 degree start and that didn't deter the NorthGroup Real Estate Classic field from scoring low.

	Our CHAMP FLIGHT Champ, @Joe Jaspers takes home his second trophy of the year in just two starts. He edged out perennial challenger @Jay Barnes Sr. by one stroke with one birdie on the day and a 73 (+1) finish.
Rookie tour player, @Galvin Golbourn and @Shane Brown, tangled up with a combined 5 birdies on the day to finish in a clubhouse ties at 76. Galvin prevailed on the first play-off hole to win his first tournament in just two starts.
	@Alex Betcha likes Rocky River GC as he defended his 2024 title with a two-shot cushion, 83 to win the B Flight trophy. Alex drained two birdies on the day and is making a charge to chase down points leader Sean Mitchell who finished 2nd.
Joshua Malutan is off to a HOT start in 2025 winning back-to-back events with another 84 in the C Flight field. Josh had two birdies on the day and cleared the packed C Flight field by 2 strokes. Josh has built a commanding lead in the point race after just three starts!
	After several top 3 finishes @Brandon Wynn breaks through for his first win of the season, taking home the D Flight trophy. Brandon sunk one birdie on the day on route to a 92 and sits on top of the points leaderboard.

2025 Charlotte Golfweek Information:

• Complete Schedule is listed in the Navigation "Schedule"
• Enhanced Tournament payouts FOR ALL FLIGHTS: 
  • 60-80 players $300 Guarantee 1st place prize money
  • 81-100 players $400, and 101+ players $500 guaranteed 1st place.
• Enhanced Flight skins ($20 buy-in for each tournament);
• Each Flight will have a 2025 Champion and payouts to 4th place.
  • 1st place: Trophy, paid 2026 membership and $300 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 2nd place: $300 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 3rd place: $200 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments;
  • 4th place: $100 credit towards any 2026 Charlotte tournaments.
• CTP will now be "polies". Polies are if you hit within a flagstick on any par 3 (appx 7'), you will split the prize money. (Example: A total of 5 people hit within the flagstick on any the par 3's, $500 in the pot, each player wins $100)
• Several tournaments will host a breakfast or lunch prior to, or after the tournament ends.

• We will still have many ways to pay on the website...Cashapp and Venmo along with PayPal (a small fee will apply);
• Skins and polies will be paid at the course or by Venmo within 48 hours.  If you do not have the app set up, I can send you a link to install the app. Prize money Gift Cards not picked up day of tournament will automatically be credited to your account to use on any future Charlotte Tour Event.
• In order to speed up play, groups will be warned and penalized if they fall further than 1 hole behind. To help speed up play, please play ready golf and limit your ball searches to 3 minutes (Per USGA Rule)
